Group Fitness
 
• Group fitness is a great way to get active. There are many options for group training, so you’re sure to find a program that interests you.
• You can sign up for programs designed to improve strength and conditioning, toning
and stretching. We offer a range of classes designed to increase core strength,
 improve your cardio conditioning, or help get your body keyed up for increased fat
 burning.
 • Qualified instructors are trained to create class programs to achieve results while
helping you exercise safely and effectively.
• In a group fitness session, you also have the benefit of being in a room of other like-
minded people, so it’s really fun and social.
•Group training is a great way to learn new skills like strength conditioning, and you’ll meet people in your community and make friends.
Personal Training

• Personal training is a great way to get results. If you’re serious about weight loss,
injury rehab, or seeing gains in strength or muscle, personal training is the way to go.
• With the support of your own dedicated trainer you can focus on the areas you want with maximum effectiveness.
• We create individualized 8-week programs that target your goals. We also evaluate the results at the end of each training segment to ensure you're achieving results.
• Personal training is tailored to your schedule. If you know you have an appointment with your trainer, you won’t be tempted to skip your sessions.
• Personal training gives you the support and motivation you need to succeed in your  goals.

 • Nutrition plays an important role in health and fitness, For increased results, make sure you're eating properly.
